This Leadership Development seminar focuses on women physicians and scientists holding academic appointments at the associate professor level who have leadership positions within their division, department or institution. The curriculum is designed for mid-career faculty who wish to acquire the knowledge and skills to continue advancing in academic medicine leadership roles. This seminar covers a variety of leadership topics and emphasizes the skills needed to advance to senior roles within academic medicine. Participants are given time to strategically reinvigorate and realign their career with their new goals. |
