The CMO Leadership Academy 18-month executive training program evaluates the role, responsibilities, and influence of the CMO as a high-functioning member of the institution. Designed by a committee of academic medicine CMOs, this program helps participants develop and enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of administration and leadership in order to serve in the CMO role. Newly appointed CMOs (first 1-3 years) and senior physician leaders interested in assuming the CMO role are appropriate candidates to attend this academy. |
