The IAMSE Medical Educator Fellowship program seeks to provide proficiency in five content areas – curriculum design, teaching methods and strategies, assessment, educational scholarship, and leadership – that can be attained in three phases of the program (ESME course, AMEE faculty development courses, and completion of an educational project resulting in scholarship).
